Family to Family Class

NAMI Memphis will be offering a Family to Family class virtually starting Saturday June 25, 2022 at 10:00 am-12:30 pm for eight consecutive Saturdays until August 20th, 2022. We will skip the 4th of July weekend.

Family to Family is a free course 8-session course taught by trained family members. It provides the basic education and skill training needed to cope with the difficulties associated with caring for adult relatives who are mental health consumers. Family to Family offers helpful skill-building classes, such as problem management, communication and crisis planning, and provides care givers with immediate coping skills for dealing with the different cycles of each illness. The class also helps you with

* Communication 
* Coping and Self-Care 
* Problem Management
* Advocacy and Stigma
* Organization and Record-Keeping

Memphis Hustle Mental Health Awareness Night

Come on down to the Landers Center on March 29th, 2022 as the Memphis Hustle take on the Stockton Kings at 7:00pm for our Mental Health Awareness Night!

A portion of the proceeds will go back to NAMI. Let’s work together to de-stigmatize the negativity surrounding mental illness!
